「Basic 3 star hotel Still you get the feeling of the old communists times Small rooms, basic fornitures Bathroom need some renovation The door on the bottom part was rotten Breakfast average Friendly staff Conveniently located in the main city square 」

「This is where you’d want to stay in Zvolen! Large modern apartment equipped with many amenities for your stay (kitchen, cot, many towels & linens, laundry though no dryer/drying rack). Communication was last-minute but okay. Thanks for our comfortable stay!」

「I was highly dissatisfied as after a long drive and arriving late at night, the hotel informed me that I was not in the system (while I had my full confirmation with me). Moreover, the hotel was not as pictured and certainly not worth 100 USD a night. Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...

「The front desk staff is very helpful & kind. The room was old but clean. There is no aircon, just an electric fan only. There is no shampoo & soap.」

「３階に泊まりましたが、エレベータが無いのは大変。 ホテルの入り口が裏路地なので、わかりづらかった。 表通りが、歩行者専用のだから仕方ないが。」

「Pleasant experience」

「The staff treats you as if you were family. Driving through the area is not easy, roads are narrow and unpaved. But it’s beautiful on the top and very peaceful.」

「移動中の夜中に宿泊。チェックインの時間が遅かったにもかかわらず、急遽対応いただく。」

「This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town.」
