「Everything was great except for the resturant. We were seated at a table but no one came to get our order. Ended up just leaving. There was only one other table being served at the time :( Front desk, rooms, breakfast, pools were all awsome.」

「The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It...

「Booked this hotel due to hot tub advertised. Upon check-in, the hot tub was completely covered up, non running. Discussed with booking company, was told front desk would let us check out in 10 minutes. Front desk allowed us to leave but took days of back and forth for them to release our money! An absolute joke! Would NEVER recommend due to false advertising, dishonest staff. No thanks!」

「Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep.」

「I liked the cont. breakfast. The bed was a little bit too firm, the tv remote was a little bit hard to operate. I tried to request a main floor room when I booked on line but was unable to do so, had to pay an extra $26 per night to get a lower le3vel room. the first night it sounded like an elephant was stomping around in the room above me, it went on from 7:30 until 10:10.」

「We really enjoyed our “last minute” trip to Okoboji. Lee (the host) was very communicative and we appreciated the information we received before arriving. It is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The community is quiet and the kids really enjoyed the water park! We will return as soon as we can for sure!!!」
