「Die Anlage verfügt über keine gekennzeichnete Rezeption, sodass wir von einem Mitarbeiter in die „Villa“ geführt wurden. Der erste Eindruck war durchdachtes, modernes Design und ein mit Smarthome gesteuerter, geräumiger Cube (Wohnwürfel) inmitten von Weinbergen. Der Service beim Frühstück beschränkte sich auf die freundliche Anwesenheit des Personals. Den Roomservice haben wir ebenfalls nur durch die Anwesenheit wahrgenommen. 「The hotel was in a great location, many restaurants, cafes, and markets around. The room was clean and had everything you’d need. Diana at reception was amazing! She helped out with any questions or issues immediately and made check in so fast! Definitely recommend!」

「The room was tidy and the receptionists were all mostly really friendly and the breakfast was great especially for the price. The american decoration was a bit odd but thats just a thing in Albania I suppose. The location had a good connection to some bus lines and a lot of Stores and restaurants nearby. 」
