"This hotel is perfectly located across from the travertines and near lots of restaurants. Parking is free on-site and there’s an excellent breakfast buffet, which is also free. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, and could use a top sheet, but the service is incredibly warm, friendly, and charming."

"The place has a very homely feel, even though it may look like a hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and as can be seen 2 steps away from a cooling pool, which is cleaned regularly. The location is peaceful and quite, and only a short walk to the main town and the Pamukkale hill side south entrance. "

"Mosquitoes bites and buzzing kept me up much of the night. Obviously not the first who had this problem since walls were painted with flattened bugs. I added quite a few more. Indoor pool was closed and drained. Service not particularly helpful/friendly. Were brought across street to buy bus ticket (man at hotel desk worked at both places) but then was forgotten about when time came to get ride to airport. Didn't eat at restaurant because didn't look at all appetizing. Close to sites."

"The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day."

"Straight to the point: i was dissapointed at this hotel because: advertised facilities: thermal pool, sauna, turkish bath wasnt heating, however staff told me its working, when i came over there (in swimming suit after shower!), i've got frozen in 5 minutes, literally, all those things are located in a basement, dark and cold, plus, its a "very smoking area", i dont have any issues with lungs but it was hard for me to breath. I visited Pamukkale in November, not a good time! However outside...

"Loved the indoor thermal hot spring. Food very good. Pools to cold. No washcloths. Said use pool towels but then charged for them. We didnt bring money down to swim. Had to walk to room wet."

"It was very good our real problem in the room was because the central air conditioner was working only in hot mode, knowing that room was really hut since we checked in, Resturante staff are very kind, friendly and proficient . Thanks and I will recommend hotel to all my friends "
