「良くも悪くも典型的なアフリカのホテル。直ぐ隣のバカ高いケピンスキーよりましだが、間違っても日本のホテルの対応を期待しない方がよい。 ホテルも新しい設備もケピンスキーよりずっとマシ。 長期滞在ならこちらがお勧め。」

「フロンともコンシェルジュもスタッフに一度伝えても実行せず、何回も連絡して初めて動くということが何度もありました。 キンシャサで一番高い宿泊代を取る以上きっちりとしたサービスを提供してもらえれば嬉しい。 エレベーターの前にいるセキュリティは宿泊者でない人間を平気で上にあげるのでセキュリティの意味がない。 少なくとも宿泊名簿に載っていない宿泊関係者は全員来客のカードを持たせてほしい。 見た目で判断し、スーツを着ていれば素通りさせている。 アフリカではセキュリティに一番高いお金を払って宿泊しているので、セキュリティ対策をしっかりしていないならこのホテルに泊まる意味が薄れてしまう。」

「There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made.」

Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working. When the power was restored, the Wi-Fi wasn't available. I asked what's going on with the Wi-Fi? they promised me that I'll have Wi-Fi connection the next day in the morning. I specifically told the owner that I was...

「Not worth the money spent. Finishing on rooms not up to standard. Ended up staying in 4 rooms over 7 day period, due to: dirty bath, no plug for bath, no warm water/ water drying up completely on two occasions, bed bugs, toilet seat broken, plug broken Meals were great and staff helpful 」
