「The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. Overall the hotel is not very well maintained. This is the second time we have stayed there. It isn't...

「Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!」

「We had 8 men down from St Louis for a golf trip. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. Plenty of beds for everyone. Only 30-40 minutes away from several local courses. Katie was extremely responsive and I felt like I had an open line of communication with her the entire trip. She was genuinely concerned about our comfort and overall experience during our trip.」

「Would have been nice to know why there was a sign in the kitchen stating not to drink the water. We use bottled water to clean the fish. We would have brought more water with us to drink and do other things if we had known ahead of time.Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.」
