We were coming from a safari and staying over nite. It was wonderful but the hotel car was really expensive for extra excursions...

Great hotel, try to include breakfast option on Expedia

What an amazing hotel! Very clean and modern. Our room was spacious. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of choice for breakfast. For the first time in years I had a swim in a swimming pool and I loved it. Beautiful lobby and amazing art. Which you should see even if you do not stay in this hotel. Just go there to have a drink/meal and enjoy. We checked out in the morning to walk around in the city, but because we had a very late flight we wanted to change our...

The place was quiet and clean and most of all the Wi-Fi connection was strong. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a Boutique Hotel to me, it's decorated beautifully, however the Hotel staff is what makes it unique, everyone is genuinely happy to see you daily & want to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The food is wonderful

The service is excellent ans staff very friendly.

When I checked in, I was invited to a house party which I was told that it has been going on every Wednesday. That was really a nice taken very seriously by the hotel staff. Thanks the hotel manegement for keeping up this hotel cheerful. The rest is usual Southern Sun treat meeting travellers' expectations.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is good. Decent rooms and amenities, as to be expected from a 5 Star Hotel. But the staff made all the difference.

Ok

The view is amazing, the breakfast could be much better.

This is by far the best hotel in Dar Es Salaam! I've stayed in many hotels in many places, but I must say that Ramada Resort Dar Es Salaam is among the top hotel experiences. The hotel is well situated by the beach. The service was exceptional. The amazing staff happily go out of their way to be as helpful, friendly and welcoming as possible. The rooms, many of which offer an outstanding view overlooking the sea, are extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable. Staff go out of their way...

Beautiful romantic location by the sea. Lovely clean rooms and excellent Italian restaurant. Garden is glorious.

Receptionist was so helpful

Jangwani was an excellent choice for me. The hospitality was well cultured, serving every person who walked in. What can I say about staff members? Well staffed beyond my expectations. Everyone was friendly, helpful, cleaning was to the notch. My room was impeccably clean. Thanks to the General Manager Ian and all his staff members for making my visit a memorable one. Definitely it’s a must return place and this time I’m being is my homeboys. Something to note: nothing personal towards...

Convenient location in the city. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Good practice of protocol re: COVID-19 restrictions. Highly accommodating to needs of hotel guests.
