"7 of us stayed over New Year and I think were the only residents because on leaving we were told our luggage couldn't be stored for the day because they were closing the hotel. However, the rooms were good, it was very quiet, breakfast was adequate but unmonitored. E.g. orange juice ran out quickly and no one refilled it. "This hotel and restaurant Was very disappointing since it has much potential. The room was quite nice, clean and large. The hotel description indicated air conditioning however none was in the room, so 30°C day feels incredibly hot in an upper loft-style room. The bars in the town are open late and you can hear everything on the street. The restaurant should be avoided. "Great activities for kids all around. IQlandia is amazing as well! The food in the hotel is of an industrial level and bad quality. The rooms are very hot, you can not open any window and the AC is not working properly. The hotel is huge and not well indicated what is where. Can be a nightmare to find the pool or the restaurant. The reception is friendly and professional."
