「Good staff I have a bad back and knee not having a working elevator is causing me to rethink future stays as I was told it has been inoperable for at least couple weeks. Trips up and down stairs were excruciating. Not the local staffs issue but Holiday inn shd offer compensation for not letting us know in advance so other arrangements could have been made.」

「This BE Plus in Pecos, TX was a surprise as I’ve made the drive from Tucson to the DFW area many times and didn’t realize this was here. The room was spacious and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The onsite restaurant and the complementary breakfast provided diverse, fresh, hot and homemade options that was quite the bonus! The grounds were beautifully paved, well manicured and clean. Suggestion: do not advertise to ring bell and have a seat when staff is not even on that floor; how do we expect to know they heard bell.( when it’s obvious they can’t hear it unless they are just in the back room Maybe advertise staff is busy with another guest and will be back soon 」

「For the money? This was a Gem hidden in plain sight. The owner was both gracious and kind. The room was super clean. The only issue was the high speed freight trains running behind the property. Otherwise the best bang for the buck there is. 」
