「We booked the main hotel but we’re put in the apartment block away from other guests on the same booking」

「The staff make this hotel! Exceptional staff」

「Room was clean, Staff was grateful」

The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience. After moving we were quite happy with the stay but...

「Recomendo vivamente!!
