「Clean friendly staff convenient」

「Expedia told me this hotel had a gym. It does not. The lady that checked us in was very nice and apologetic. The hotel is old and run down. It stinks. One of our rooms the ac never worked. We td the front desk and they told us we had to talk to maintenance but didn't tell us how or when, instead if doing their job and talking to their own maintenance people. At check out I told the man at the desk that the ac never got fixed and he just nodded his head. Never spoke a word. Breakfast was the bare...

「The over night clerk was nice and welcoming. The day shift clerk assisted with our concerns promptly about the head board falling off the wall and bruising my hand the moment i laid down to sleep after checking in late that morning. He fixed the head board and attached it back to the wall safely so that it wouldnt fall and injure my infant or wife. He as well fixed the issue with the bathroom and the smoke detector that was beeping and the door to our room would not lock and the access key did...

「Wonderful home. Very welcoming. Love the peaceful and quiet area, yet so close to everything. Home was very clean. Home was spacious. Kitchen has every cookware and dishes needed. Amazing patio with plenty of seating. Look forward to staying here in the future.」

「The property was just as described. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the screened porch, where we spent every afternoon admiring the scenery...the spring-green trees reflected on the lake. Our host/owner was extremely nice and helpful; even the neighbor was very helpful. It was our first trip to Lake Martin, but not our last.」
