「Have stayed here before so we knew what to expect regarding premises Check in could have been friendlier and more informative and we were not advised of how to operate safe and the fact that we had to pay Female staff were friendly and helpful But we found male staff very unfriendly and unhelpful and at times rude and dour This won’t put us off from recommending or returning as property is in excellent position and condition and great value for money 」

「Apartments are perfect for us, basic but clean and comfortable and ideally located for our needs, we’ve stayed here a few times and the staff are always smiling and helpful, we will be returning again.」

「Sparkling spotlessly clean. Apartment big enough for two people. Wifi spotty; it kept going off and the manager told me to fix it myself which didn’t seem in line with all the help I got when first checking in with learning how to use other things in apartment (different from US). Pool is very nice but not heated. Grounds are pretty. Close to the beach and cafes but not really close (walking distance) to anything else. Nice view. 」

「Great location if you need to be close to the British drinking area of Benidorm. Large room with all the kitchen facilities we needed. Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Sound-proofing in room wasn't the best - could hear noise from other guests walking past and using their rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a large deposit as soon as we arrived to cover the cost of any breakages etc during our stay, but it was refunded with no problems after we left. Property is more suited to the younger...
