「We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights.」

「Rooms felt fresh and cozy with everything just right.」

「It's a up stairs apartment. The property is lovely, very quiet, and private.」

「Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. 」

「The home was very clean and very comfortable. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Great place!」

「Great location, reasonable rates for the area, friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again.」

「Apartment was very dog friendly and great eating opportunities very close by.」

「We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed.」

「Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.」

「Would stay again!」

「The Studio is a lovely little jewel box! It was cozy, comfortable, curated, and clean. We are also VRBO hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations. The host was a great communicator and was so kind and considerate, which was very appreciated! The property was amazing, and the neighborhood was beautiful. It was incredibly convenient and close to great coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and more. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and admiring the other charming vintage homes....
