「Each room has it's own theme. Older motel but Very good upkeep. Stay there again with no problem.」

「The staff triple booked the room, myself and then 2 other couples. I checked in first then an hour later a couple just walked into my room with a key card that opened the door. They left and went back to the lobby. Then 3 hours later I was awoken by another couple trying to get in the room. It was explained to them this is the second time this has happened now and they left. When I checked out the next morning after no sleep because of people coming into the room and trying to get in the room...

「How you had to kick the bottom of the door and push hard against the door while making sure the key was still had a green light. The shower keep dripping all night long tried to stop it but was not able.」

「I was passing through town and just needed to sleep somewhere. This is by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was stained, the sheets were dirty, the box spring was also dirty with mystery stains, the bathroom was in poor shape with loose tiles just sitting on the toilet, the coating was coming off the toilet and the shower head was maybe 4.5 ft off the bottom of the tub. Honestly, sleeping in a car would have been better. The A/C didn’t work properly either. Please stay...

「It's a slice of heaven. Immediately adjacent to Philmont Scout Ranch. Setting is perfect, isolated, peaceful. The innkeeper are exceptional. The Casa is like a villa with rooms arra get around a gracious patio. I hated to leave.」

「No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. 」

「Great little place. A large group of us had a variety of the rooms in the facility. Our room with 2 bunks was clean and functional. Worked ok for 2 of us. Would be really tight for 4 people. Nice clean bathroom/shower.」
