「Has everything you need for a happy trip! Very accommodating for pets.」

「Cabin was very nice but needs some small maintenance. Electrical plug at left of the sink has loose connections. Trim on left of bedroom "barn door" needs nailing. Shower has low water pressure. Only one table spoon in cutlery set and no serving spoons.These are minor issues biut would add to the enjoyment of the stay 」

「The motel itself is cheap and cheerful, but the people who own/run it are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was outstanding - one of the few places in Nova Scotia you can see a sunset over the ocean!!」

「These hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even came looking to find us when we couldn’t find the entrance to their property! The stairs up to the loft sleeping area are very steep, but the bed was extremely comfortable. If someone can’t manage the stairs, there is a pull out sofa also provided. Great location when looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. 」

「This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! 」

The layout of the property, with the two buildings, hot tub and fire pit, made it feel like we were at our own private camp. 「We were so happy at the camper, it had every convenience and was well stocked. It was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day (in the recliner chairs (inside and outside) or the hot tub!). 「Property is pet friendly and includes cats. Not all places are cat friendly.We were farther from Digby than I realized but that was MY miscalculation.A short drive to Saulnierville covered all the basics of groceries, fuel, coffee/donuts, etc.House is very cute, clean. Lovely to have laundry on main floor. Great sunsets and sunrises! Owner was very responsive to questions.It is a bit creaky when the wind blows but we felt it added to the charm. Would definitely stay there again.」
