「There are not enough words or space allowed to describe this wonderful destination. The Birdhouse and its owner, Dana, is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. The house is so clean, comfortable and has everything you need. From the tasty goodies in our welcome basket to the expansive screened porch to watch the river flow by. 「Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated.」

「This was our second stay at this house. The house is clean and comes with all the necessary items. The 2 washers and dryers are great and in good working order. At low tide you have to be cautious with rocks in the channel but we were seasoned pro's by the time we left. This is a very cool house with accommodating home owners and rental agents.」
