「Clean and well presented. Loved the chairs in the window overlooking the water. Penguins in abundance after 10pm. Sunset was glorious. Everything is in walking distance. 」

「Lovely Guest House in a beautiful location. Walking distance to the main strip where you find a Pub and a few restaurants. Very quiet town, certainly worth a visit. 」

「We expected a hotel-style room but walked into a wonderfully wood furnished cottage-like apartment with large 50s style full kitchen/dining room, living room with leather recliners and effective electric fireplace, comfortable bedroom, large bathroom with claw tub, and separate shower. All of the above connected by a great hallway. We stayed an extra night but could have easily rented for a week or more.」

「Very nice B&B in scenic, peaceful town of Stanley. Rhonda & Chris are gracious hosts who provide excellent service and maintain the facility in pristine condition. The amenities are modern and the tasty breakfast is served in a cozy dining room. We enjoyed our stay at The Ark and would have loved to stay longer 」

「アパート２部屋が丘の上に佇んでいるだけで、人影もない。どこにレセプションがあるのかわからず唖然とした。倒産でもしたのかと思ったが、近くにある別のホテルに聞きにいったらそこでチェックインできると分かった。案内が不親切。施設は近代的で何でも揃っていて快適だが明るいうちに到着しないと危険。」

「Geraldine and David were such wonderful hosts and we felt very spoilt being cooked and served a delicious breakfast. Poets cottage is beautiful and steeped in history. I would highly recommend this lovely place.」

「Uninterrupted views of the ocean. Loved the barrel fire pot on the veranda. Didn't need it, but just lovely to be out there. Great place for an extended family to hang out, beachcombing, fishing or just sitting with a wine and a good book. Its got it all, and all the things you need if the weather gets wild and woolly.....didn't happen in our case. 」
