From helping with local recommendations to making last-minute arrangements, Francisco was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay exceptional. I also want to recognize Isaac and Miguel, two of the servers who stood out for their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They made every meal feel like a special occasion and always greeted me with a smile. Their service added a personal touch that made all the difference. This hotel is already amazing, but the staff takes it to another level. I highly recommend staying here—you’ll be in excellent hands."

It's a great place to relax by the ocean and enjoy the peace and quiet day.It was only going to stay one day.But decided to stay another day just so I could. I've taken the whole experience, enjoying the nature and the peace and tranquility. The food was definitely top notch the lobster, it was incredible. I think that's what tempted me to even stay a second day just to eat it again"

"Second time i stay there. Its small, quiet and close to the main cathedral and the places where the volcano tours start. Its very clean, rooms are simple but ac works great which is the most important when in Leon! Breakfast is nice as well ans the staff are all welcoming and helpful."
