「An off-putting first message started my stay off on a bad foot. Host was not welcoming in the least and instead launched into a laundry list of rules that needed to be followed. While I understand it’s necessary information to divulge to a guest, it’s a turn-off when it’s the first interaction. I was actually staying at the property because my own STR (in which I live) was being rented, so I’m not unfamiliar with the business side of this. The townhouse is okay. The exterior is very rundown, but...

「The property is beautiful. Furniture is comfortable (beds, sofa, and chairs). Everything was clean when we checked in. The patio/deck was beautiful. We were able to sit out back and enjoy the evening although it was chilly because of the heating lamp. It was a nice weekend gateway for the ladies - we are already planning the next one! I highly recommend staying here.」

「The guidebook binder at the property helpfully had details about the Soul Oasis, like how to operate the heaters and fireplace, and suggested local spots and restaurants to visit. Also, the kitchen conveniently had many pots and pans and tools. The view of the water was a highlight!」
