「このホテルの評価が高い理由がわかりました。部屋もキレイで、シャワーの水圧も問題なし。なにより朝食が種類も多くて、美味しかったです。美味しいオムレツを朝から作ってくれるのが、とても嬉しかったです。スタッフの方もみなさん親切で、帰りに子供に本をくださいました。本当に良いホテルです。」

「Room did not look like picture in size. Picture of building did not look like the site. There was no place to hang coats. Continental breakfast offered was not stocked. Coffee had absolutely no cream available. Rolls were only one store wrapped cinnamon roll. This wasn't because early risers emptied the tray. They were not stocked. First floor window screens looked shabby and loose.」

「I needed a place with kitchen and laundry for my in-laws to stay for two weeks during their move here. Good communication prior to stay. Not far from Spearfish, so that was nice. House was ok. In-laws wanted to leave right away due to the smell and bugs.First problem was the map directions are slightly wrong, so you gotta figure out how to actually get there, and the house is not marked/numbered. Very difficult/dangerous to find in the dark. Second, walking in it smelled very musty/damp-reminded...

「If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. 」
