「It is wonderful to visit a small town and stay in a quality hotel. My favorite aspect of the hotel is its location and setting next to a historic German hausbarn. The only negative I have - our room was near a hallway main door that squeaked when someone entered the hallway.」

「It was overall a fun trip only downside had wasps in the shower in the front door」

「We loved it and would have given it a 5 except that our room was cold.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet farmhouse overlooking the lush Iowa farm land. We were really happy to see that they supplied coffee, too. Great place for a quiet weekend with the family.」

「No fresh food for four days. No counter service. Bed was ok, but no king size beds. Toilet did not fully flush. Sink cabinetry cracked. Toilet size for children. Room wall light did not work. Window curtain broken. No motel signage. Property not suited for general public. Smells bad. This motel needs to be bulldozed.」
