「Terrible check in experience. I arrived late, just wants to sleep after a long day of travel. The bar next door has super loud terrible karaoke, the place was dark, they didn’t have my booking accounted for, it took them over 40 minutes to figure out what to do, they called some guy on the phone who spoke to me in a bad tone, and then they paid for an uber to move me to another location over 5 minutes away (at almost 1am) when the main reason I booked this place is because it was right in front...

「Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! 」

「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「Beautiful apartment, nice kitchen and supplies. Nice communication with the host. Only a few things I would tell the next traveler was that in the Description of apt, the washer and dryer were included in the apt, but it was not the case. Laundry was available up the next block per the host. We had 4 adults and the beds couldn’t really accommodate that. I think 2 adults and 2 kids would work, but the one bed only fit one adult.」
