「Our room, #3, overlooks the water/dock/boats. Entry to the room is from the bar/dining area. Fortunately, the restaurant/bar was not busy the night we stayed so noise was not a problem. The decor is of a bygone era. Service was very friendly and quick. The food was good, too.」

「We went on a 2 week family surf trip, the house and our host Brais and G were amazing!!! Beds super comfy, ping pong table was a huge hit, extra large kitchen, where our host bake fresh bread for us, the grounds are lush and relaxing, highly recommend this listing!!」

「Beautiful rainforest property with good birding opportunity, birds song, cicadas, and frogs, but "touristy", so the natural vibe gets ruined. It seems they cater to tour groups, so not very private or queit. Have to pay for 3 meals a day but on their schedule that's too late for serious birding and not as healthy as I'd prefer. I travel solo and do not enjoy sitting by myself or wasting time I could be out finding birds sitting in a restaurant. I go ut birding before daybreak so, lunch as late...

「Casa Mango is both a lovely property and a beautiful house. The house is extremely well equipped and has a very nicely appointed kitchen w 6 burner gas range, quality pots and pans and service for 8 with a gorgeous dining room table. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the mattresses were comfortable. The pool is spotless but could use a few more chairs and maybe a shade umbrella. The outdoor seating areas are first class.All in all a great place to stay.」

「We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica. JD is an animal lover and did his best to make us and Ziggy feel at home. Looking forward to another stay」
