「The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room.
