The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. 「Great hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean, and the service was great. The only issue was that the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, and no one was available to help. Aside from that, we had a good stay.」

「This small hotel was right in the centre, minutes from the metro & a fantastic location for us to explore Naples. It was well maintained and really comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast in room was great, plentiful and very convenient. Staff were helpful & friendly. It was very quiet, despite the central local. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.」
