「Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

「Our room and the hallway to our room smelled awful. When we got into our room we saw the bathroom faucet was leaking and the floor was wet with some brownish residue that was maybe sand or...? We told the front desk and they said we can fix it...tomorrow. At that point it was 8pm. We had booked two nights all inclusive. We left as soon as we could - 7am the next morning. No meals, no beach. Complete waste of our money spent. We asked front desk for a refund and were again told to wait. We had...

「Good We stayed over two nights at Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA in Burgasta city, Bulgaria. The hotel services, facilities were great. Good hospitality. The scenery from our room balcony was perfect even the night. The sunrise view also incredibly beautiful. The breakfast buffet was unexpectedly less varieties of vegetables, there are more sweets or deserts, I meant fatty acid foods. Unfortunately the coffee machine were not exiting on the restaurant. It was a little sad that I was expecting to...

「A Five-Star Hotel? Hardly. I paid approximately $3,700 USD for my stay at Grand Hotel Pomorie, expecting the standard and service you would reasonably associate with a modern five-star hotel. What I experienced was nowhere close. The hotel is in a shocking state of disrepair and cleanliness. The hallways are dirty, the carpets are heavily stained, wallpaper is peeling, and there are stains on the walls and curtains. The room itself looked neglected and poorly maintained—hardly what one expects...
