「Clean, easily accessible, and simple made for an enjoyable stay. 」

「Stable wifi signal allowed solid video calls during my visit so work didn't pile up too much away from home office base.」

「Love this place」

「Had a hiccup when first checking in BUT the owner was quick with replies and taking care of issue. Place is exactly as described. Quiet, off beaten path, river view house. Very nice sunsets. This was the perfect rental for me, I like an off the beaten path place - yet still a 10-15 min max drive to all needs. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and view was excellent. Would suggest to bring slippers for inside house. If a light sleeper bring earplugs. Train comes by quite a bit. Sometimes not...

「This property is beautiful and the host has been so wonderful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.」

「It was clean. The beds were comfortable and having a view of the river was great.」

「Great old style place. The furnishings and decorations are well done , they perfectly fit the style. It’s a neat snapshot of history with the creaky floors and old school fixtures, and it would definitely be a place we would stay again.」

「Clean, everything as described, quiet location.」

「Nice clean home. Easy to find and access it felt safe.」

「We had a great stay! Check-in was easy and seamless, Pat was responsive and helpful, and everything was very clean. The place was just as expected, and we had a wonderful experience overall. Would definitely recommend staying here!」

「I would choose this place again without thinking twice. The AC ran throughout night keeping it comfortable, laundry services meant we packed light yet stayed fresh on longer trips around Saint Joseph area.」

「Absolutely perfect place for a quick getaway. Definitely would stay again」

「My stay was great! Check in and out were easy. David provided clear instructions for both. Made things easy. He was great about answering any questions that I had. I can't recommend this location enough!」

「QUIET GET-AWAY! We were looking for a peaceful get away and this fit the bill. Close to the river and surrounded by trees. Watched the eagle fly gracefully through the air! Close to town and the Casino for entertainment. My dog got away from the city fireworks and the neighbors provided just enough for our entertainment.」

「I loved the basement retreat it was clean very private and quiet. You have everything you need . The check in was easy and the host is good at answering your needs. I loved the two bedrooms with a queen bed both very comfy. You might know I gave 4 out of 5 stars but I never give a as always room for changes. I will stay again」
