「The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.」

「Room was advertised as having a microwave, which we depend on when traveling. It did not. I would not have stayed here if I had known. Otherwise, everything else was good」

「We arrived sort of late, and I had said to the clerk that we have never been here before, and she offered no help or explanation of you hotel. We actually explored to learn where everything was in the hotel. Lastly the bathroom floors were not to clean.」

「Room was clean but virtually no usable amenities. The staff checked us in but only told us of the amenities that we could not use. Although the hotel is in the center part of town we could not find open restaurants or any open businesses in the evening. We should have stayed closer to the interstate or areas with usable businesses.」
