「Very clean, early breakfast time (great for us), and great rooms」

「Nice clean room and bathroom . Nice walk-in shower. Loved that they had chargers / outlets everywhere in the room, we weren’t having to take turns charging electronics. Another detail I liked was the bathroom lighting , it was the soft white light instead of harsh fluorescents. Only thing i didn’t like was the ice machine on our floor was out of order and the shower head only had enough water pressure on the hot setting. I would stay there again.」

「Nice place to stop for the night. The only problem we faced was the bed. Not conducive for a good nights sleep. It was so soft I felt like I might go through to the floor. Upgrade the mattresses then you would get 5 stars.」

「The hotel room was great, and overall we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff/service was excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned directly over the beds, so the cold air blew right on us while sleeping. It made the beds feel a little too cold, especially with the air blowing directly down. A simple improvement might be to add an air deflector or vent redirection cover to help direct the airflow away from the beds. Other than...

「There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom had cobwebs and the bathtub was dirty, and the microwave didn't work when we tried to heat our food. There was only a tiny one-and-a-half-inch bottle of shampoo. The hotel desperately needs maintenance, basic cleaning and bug control. See the pictures I uploaded」
