「The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooftop was amazing. The location was ideal. I came on a solo trip and I felt welcome and I felt safe. The concierge were so helpful. They helped me book not only a taxi, but even an excursion which was cheaper than what I was seeing Online. I plan to visit Cartagena again and I will definitely be staying there and we recommend it to others.」

「The property is in a great location with shopping, restaurants, shopping, and beach all walking distance. Enjoyed the apartment with my family. Property management and building security was responsive to any inquiries we had. Only negative was that the washing machine was broken during our stay and access to the safe with direction was non-existent. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again!」
