"Staff were excellent and friendly. Can also rent a taxi at the hotel for excursions to Ganvié, Porto Novo etc. of course a little bargaining does help! Breakfast food options good. Room size is comfortable for a couple. However, is an old property so has its quirks. Travelers may prefer newer more central locations if budgets allow. Currently the port is under construction in front of the hotel. So can be a bit disturbing for light sleepers. But overall our experience was good!"

However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

Notre chambre était très agréable, un grand lit, un matelas parfait, et, exceptionnel ici, de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain c'est rare. L'après midi , si c'est un jour de congé, la piscine n'est pas agréable, il y a beaucoup de gens de l'extérieur, mais on comprend que l'hôtel doive rentabiliser, et le matin elle est juste pour nous. Accueil efficace. On reviendra. "
