"They were the only motel that had accommodation for 5 guest in 1 room which was a bonus. Both beds and the pull out couch bed was clean and comfy. Jetted tub in the bathroom. Sink and toilet was clean. Mini fridge worked great and was clean. They had a good hot breakfast available. Will definitely return if were ever back in clinton,mo. "

"This was an excellent hotel and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Had a real good eating place next door. Like mostly the hotels these days have toilets way too close to the ground but this one at least had a bar you could hold on to to get up. The hot breakfast was excellent and the person staffing up went out of her way not to just take care of that but catch the door if you were going out with your luggage whatever really on the ball"

Exterior door to room needs new locks hardware to feel safer for room security. Hotel is quiet, in a uiet location. Exterior of hotel is run-down—an older property. Attached restaurant is closed/not operating—where to get a breakfast in town on a Sunday morning? Pool cover (inside the fence) seems like a permanent fixture. Driveway & parking lot full of potholes. Adjacent gas stations with convenience stores."
