「Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here.」
