「They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! 「Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. No meals so we found an excellent restaurant very...

「Dali House was a wonderful, clean, attentive host for myself and my friend who stayed with them. Yassan was so responsive and helpful, with impressive knowledge of Jordan and the surrounding region. The bar was also wonderful to visit and had delicious food and drinks. Hoping to stay here again sometime!」
