"Apart from the slight confusion about the room being booked for 3 adults (expecting roll out bed) they tried to charge even when they saw the booking and said all rooms are for 2 adults. Expedia listings not representing of that. Hotel staff argued for a bit before they accepted the booking. Except that it was a great stay and a lovely city. Prom is a bit of a walk into the city but it was enjoyable kn good weather. Taxis are super cheap though. Use bolt to book them £2 ish each way"

"Horrible experience. We arrived way before the check-in (3:00am) so we paid cash for the extra night. The rooms were horrible. Mold all over the sink. Water leaking by the toilet. Black stains on the sofa. Cigarette burns on the headboard. We were 3 in one of the rooms (we had 2 separate rooms) no blanket for the extra rollaway bed. Morning, no breakfast.
