「We loved the private island!! We always got seat on the beach and ended up going everyday but one out of the 7 days we spent in Aruba. It was just so much quieter than the other beaches. And the food and drinks at the restaurants there were great. The breakfast at the poolside restaurant in the hotel was our only complaint as it was really expensive for what was offered. We will spend money on good food but it was a really basic buffet. The coffee was pretty good there tho…」

「The resort was great - great location from downtown and the airport. Right on a beautiful beach that was easily accessible. Rooms were decent in the ocean view tower, but nice to use amenities at other resorts. 」

「My niece stayed at Joia in March 2026 and it did not disappoint. We were greeted with wash clothes to wipe our hands and was then given a yummy drink that had ginger in it. The lobby was beautiful. Kayla was warm and inviting when she checked us in. She told us, we were upgraded to a swim up room due to my Expedia status. The bellman was so nice that escorted us to our room. 「Been there many times it’s a little old but in a great spot」

「hot tub was dirty the staff was great! Pearl (elite front desk) and Vivian (bar elite) were the best of all. So sweet, polite, and so professional. Will return!」

「The hill from the parking lot to the lobby was extremely steep and very hard for older people to climb. A shuttle should be available.」

「Did not have the airport shuttle in my package. The taxi for 3 people was $30 one way. Be careful when selecting AI packages. I accidentally chose signature, which did not allow us to have even a drink at the other resorts. And our wristband could not access the bathrooms there either. Although we were allowed to use the other facilities beaches and pools. Did not work out so good without a drink or bathroom.」

「The Hilton was great once again. I’m 81 and they put us in the Main building rm 1305 it was fabulous, so nice easy for me to move around. The staff is the very best. 」
