「朝食は最低」

「Great hotel to stay on the way to the South of France. Very clean, convenient, very good and secure parking. Would highly recommend it !」

「Bij aankomst gastvrij ontvangen. Geen toneel maar een integere ontmoeting. Onze kamer keek uit op het marktplein van Arras. Eenvoudig gerenoveerd. Het ontbijt was goed, continentaal gevarieerd. Centraal gelegen op steenworp afstand van alle interessante bezienswaardigheden.」

「Great location in central Arras. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we could only take the lift to the first floor and then had to walk up a flight of stairs. The room was very comfortable however we were surprised that we had to request for the room to be cleaned on a day to day basis, so if we didn’t ask the bin was not emptied and coffee and tea were not replenished. This is not the level of service that we would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4star. We had pre booked parking which was...

「Hotel bien situé par rapport à des monuments à visiter (2 grandes places et Beffroi). Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très bien. Parking sécurisant et facilement accessible. Chambre correct et bien entretenu. 」

「We have been using this hotel on and off for nearly 30 years and can always rely on its consistency. the welcome is friendly and the Manager obviously cares as he was out litter picking when we arrived so I'd say over and above ! 」

「What a fantastic place to stay. Clean and comfortable room, pillows like clouds and a good nights sleep. Towels a good size. Restaurant with comfortable seats. Great decor. We ate in the evening and the best steaks we had had in a long time! Our dog was given a bowl of water. The grounds are perfect for dog walking. Grass and shingle. (Beware of the rabbit/badger holes if going out at night) We didn’t eat breakfast as we’re in a hurry but it looked like a fab selection. A great location...
