「good」

「We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. It has a 90s feeling and I lived it. Every corner has amazing views. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and stylish. I definitely recommend this place and would like to visit again」

「Fix it up! The view is amazing. The location is great and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful」

「Mejorar el desayuno」

「Truly amazing hotel. Staff/Food/Trips can't be criticised. Hotel helped me to arrange a trip to climb Villarica Volcano. The guides they use to climb the volcano are top notch also」

「Wonderful lake view with professional services in breakfast. So nice white doggy and black cat.」

「buena infraestructura del hotel, buena atención, buen restaurant, etc」

「Everything was great except breakfast… it’s NOT buffet! They give you a small eggs portion and you can’t request a second one…」

「👍 excelente , lo recomendamos」

「Tudo maravilhoso!

「Beautiful setting, gracious hosts, wonderful cabaña. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. 」
