「I am not a hotel snob, but this hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. We had gone to a concert at Clemson and were desperate for a place to stay and this is one of the few places available. The rate was almost $500 per night which was complete and utter highway robbery for this property. The sheets were like sandpaper. Super noisy with cars parked right outside the room. We unplugged the refrigerator in the room because it was so noisy.」

「Although you know what to expect with this type of hotel, the pictures on this site are deceiving. The bed itself was about the only clean feeling thing in the room. Everything else seemed unattended and grimy. 「Older property but you can tell that the people who own and run it take great pride in it. They are in the process of renovating the first floor where smoking used to be allowed. Staff was so kind and helpful! Very clean rooms.」

「Would not stay here. The rooms are outdated and feel dirty. There were stains all over the floor, a hole in the bathroom door, and the paint was chipped. We didn’t have a comforter or even a blanket on our bed. We froze all night under a thin sheet. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. Spend the few extra bucks and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street.」

「This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life!! I booked this for my best friend and I to have somewhere to stay for a sold out concert and we could not even stay there.
