「Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 」

「The spot was amazing!! Location was perfect for what I went for, which was to see the dodgers play at PNC Park. There were things that visibly need to be fixed, small holes on one wall, fire alarms falling off the wall(still connected) the sink would clog if the water was on to long . 「We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). 「Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.」

「We only stayed for one night went to the Steeler game ! Go Steelers ! Beat the Bengals by the way ! lol the location was great close to stadium. We walked afterwards. There was a couple of good bars in the neighborhood to watch the rest of the games and all it is a perfect spot specially if you're in for a game, I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family 」
