"Absolutely amazing property. Such wonderful attention to detail in the architecture, layout, location. The common spaces are so peaceful and beautiful. Lovely pools. Rooms immaculately clean and well furnished in cool style. All the staff, from the restaurant to the housekeepers were so kind and helpful, and of course professional. Only negative point was the food which was a bit overpriced for what it was. Otherwise a lovely place we'd certainly be happy to visit again. "

"Everything about villa shemsmoon is just perfect. The property is beautiful, the staff are amazing, everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly. We were a group of 30 celebrating my birthday and it really couldn’t be a better place or set up for a birthday celebration. Thank you Layla, Ali, Rachid and Foofana for everything! "Unique stay very peaceful great for animal lovers horses kept well (bring cash for horse rides) and staff are very friendly but as hotel guests the day trips were an unknown surprise the hotel offered meaning people coming and going using the pool and wandering around made it feel less relaxing in a small space. Food was lovely but more vegetables and offer of cous cous or some kind of accompaniment apart from bread would have been nice, same with breakfast no fruit or choices same every day. A nice place to stay for a short off grid stay highly recommend for families."

"- The location is out of the way,if you dont have a car there is absolutely nowhere to go which gives you a chance to relax & switch off entirely. -Scenery is stunning, the views of the snowcapped mountains are incredible and its totally silent apart from the sound of the birds so is super relaxing. -The hotel is decorated beautifully but it is a little rustic. This isnt a 5 star hotel with turndown service so please dont expect that. -Staff are lovely, super helpful & friendly. -The pool is gorgeous & the grounds are also lovingly taken care of but theres a few little things that would a stay even better...Some games or packs of cards being available would be nice. Dinner was served very early when we were there (due to ramadan) so it left us with a long evening before bed so to have the option to play a game would be nice and perhaps have a little background music on in the restaurant and common areas. -The main thing that would stop us coming back though is the price of food. Whilst the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious it was quite expensive, coming from the UK we found it more expensive than back home. Again, what would be a nice idea would be to maybe have an honesty 'bar' where you could buy drinks/snacks in the evening when staff have left as once dinner is over there is nothing to eat or drink unless you bring it with you. If you want wine BYO! -Overall a great find and lovely stay. Just room for a few tweaks to make it fabulous (in my opinion!)"

"A true oasis in the desert. Beautiful luxurious tents and idyllic quiet setting. Very friendly service. No WiFi across the site except in the relaxation room, which we actually loved to truly unwind and switch off. If you're driving yourself to the camp, I'd recommend a car that can handle driving off road."
