「Very Poor Service and Cleanliness Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience. The hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen, which was inconvenient, especially for travellers who expect basic food or dining facilities. The housekeeping service was also very poor. During cleaning, the staff only changed the bedsheets, and towels, without properly sweeping the floor or removing dirt and dust from the room. Left every rubbish behind. 「The hotel has underground parking, but the parking fee is a bit expensive. Although the building is old and there are signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the ventilation fan was quite noisy, overall the stay was still comfortable. One downside was that there was no bathtub plug, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn’t know about it. Because of this, we couldn’t bathe our newborn daughter, which was disappointing. 」

「展示会会場や、空港までのシャトルバスは大変快適で安価です。また、朝食もシンプルですがおいしくて快適な滞在でした。バルコニーの大きな部屋だったので、外で仕事をしていると、鳥の声が聞こえました。スタッフの皆さんも親切でまた訪れたいです。」

「夜にジュネーブに着いて、シャモニーへの移動で翌朝のバスまで寝るだけのための宿泊でした。 空港から1キロ以内ということでタクシーですぐと思ってましたが、無名なので複数のタクシーに断られ、若いドライバーさんがiPhone駆使して行ってくれましたが分かりにくくて、タクシー代が60フランくらいかかってしまいました。 長期滞在で車があれば快適そうでした。」

「チェックインの場所が，ホテルの場所と離れていたので、分からなかった。 場所を最初から教えて欲しかった。 バス停、スーパーが近くにあり便利だった。 部屋は狭かったが，寝るだけだったので許容範囲です。」

「値段が安いため利用。部屋は最小限で、清掃が行き届いていない。 エアコンも効かないので寒い。近所はスーパーなどあるが食事はなかった。 もう少しきれいだと快適だが、値段が安いので選択肢にはなるかと思った。」
