Since the property has four floors, an elevator will transition guests from the bottom floor to the third section of the house.
The spacious, beautifully designed foyer opens to a large, ground-floor living room, carefully crafted for conversation. There’s a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, and a convenient powder room. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The second floor open-concept dining area and bar seating compliment the expansive kitchen planned for a free flow of activity with all the comforts of home, and high-end appliances.
The six bedrooms have king or queen-sized beds, with a bunk room that has four, full-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. All bedroom windows offer panoramic sights. The king primary bedroom on the third floor has a lovely, enclosed sitting room with scenic views. The ensuite bath has a toilet room, separate tub, and standing shower.
However, there are many surprising and quaint aspects to this rental. From the third floor, up a charming spiral staircase is the Crow’s Nest loft. This area has a seating space, efficiency kitchen, wet bar, and a roof-top balcony. Lounge chairs are perfect for sunning with a 360-degree, birds-eye view of your surroundings.
Another sensational component of this property is a bonus living area with its own living room, wet bar, and a full-sized kitchen/dining area. Bunk and sofa beds complete this comfortable, secluded space.
A carefully manicured landscape ensures privacy around the lagoon-style pool, which can be heated for an extra fee during the off-season. The pool area includes a hot tub, fountain, and an outside shower. But the emerald waters and pristine white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast will lure you to the water’s edge, just minutes away and easily accessible.

For families, there’s a JMax theater and a playground that provides comfortable seating while parents oversee playtime. If you’re into competitive sports, there are tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. But boat rentals and water sports activities are also plentiful in this part of Northwest Florida.
