Nestled on the sugar sands along the Gulf of Mexico shores, amenities abound at this centrally located resort property. Browse through our lobby gift shop for snacks and cold beverages before heading out to soak up some sun by the newly renovated outdoor pool. Linger in the outdoor hot tub or lounge surfside with a beach chair and umbrella (additional fee). Get your workout in at the fitness facility, both located on property. Enjoy seasonal amenities as well, including a tiki bar. Need a break from the endless sunshine? Check out the sauna, or steam room. Late afternoon, take a nap or unwind with complimentary DVD rentals. SunDestin Beach Resort is perfect for your large personal gatherings with the ballroom accommodating up to 120 people. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1702 is a cheerful, sunny one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Feel renewed upon entrance, greeted by an open concept living/dining space with vibrant beachy decor. Lounge in the living room in front of the flat-screen TV or head to the kitchen to prepare a snack in the fully appointed kitchen. Enjoy meals at the dining table or sup alfresco out on the balcony! When it’s time for some shuteye, settle into the master suite housing a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience. Others can doze on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room or on twin bunks nestled in the hall.



While in Destin, take the whole family to Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or charter a boat and meander for dolphin sightings!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
