great location but not worth the price

Unit location was excellent for families who wanted to stay away from the beach to not track sand, but close enough to the beach to walk there in under 5 minutes. beach service is included with this unit so walking there without having to carry chairs was a plus.The negatives about the unit: the smaller bedroom has some SERIOUS electrical issues. the circuit breaker that supplies power to the outlets and ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom kept popping when the ceiling fan and/or the lamp(s) in the bedroom were used. Maintenance was notified and the breaker was replaced and within 24 hours, with only the ceiling fan on, the new c/b continued to pop. We had to run out and purchase an extension cord so that we could use another outlet to have a light in the room since any use of outlets or the ceiling fan in the room kept popping the circuit breaker.The water pressure in both bathroom showers are also quite weak. If you have long hair, it will take you a LONG time to wash the shampoo out of your hair. The master bathroom has double showerheads in the walk-in shower but we had to use both shower heads at the same time to rinse the shampoo out of our daughter's hair because the water pressure was too weak using just one.Another issue was the amount of ducks that continuously swam in the pool by the restaurant and the amount of duck feces that was allowed to accumulate in the pool. Since the unit overlooks the pool, we watched daily for 5 days as the pool was never cleaned

This unit was the perfect location. Amazing view of the harbor/marina, and steps away from a pool, and tennis/pickleball courts. Also very close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back’

Nice stay.

Loved sitting on our deck overlooking the harbor and docks while drinking our morning coffee or having snacks with a happy hour in the afternoon. The fenced/gated deck has steps leading down to a grassy area along the water’s edge, which was a great place to walk our dog. The condo has a side kitchen picture window, which is great for watching your older kids swim in the pool, which is right next to the condo (quiet pool). The upscale restaurant (not noisy) on the harbor board walk is next door if wanting a nice dinner out with good view of harbor front. We enjoyed grabbing an easy lunch and drinks at Rick’s Sand Trap snack shop, which is located on the private beach. Reasonable priced food. Condo was clean and had a full kitchen. Our coffee pot leaked the first morning and we had a replacement pot within 2 hours of reporting. We would go back. Safe quiet area close to lots of restaurants.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property in June 2022. Very pleased with the condition of the condo. The decor was nice, linens were great, lots of room to spread out or be together! I enjoyed being by the pool, we could go back and forth to the condo and easily and grab drinks, snacks, books, etc. The absolute best thing about the condo was the deck over looking the harbor. It was amazing- we had many of our meals there and it’s a fabulous place to go in the mornings before the kids wake up! Very peaceful and inviting to have coffee on the deck. The walk to the beach was manageable and on the days we drove across to the beach, we always had free parking. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. No problems at all. Our floors were clean, master bath A++, big window in the master overlooking the harbor with nice shutters. Toilet is low in the guest bath … but hey- it got the job done!

Awesome location, great view, beautiful unit!

This unit is located in a quiet gated community, next to a pool, next to an awesome restaurant, across from tennis courts and right on Destin lagoon. Plenty of things to do and see. Private beach access is a very short walk from the front door. The community is very pet friendly with many grassy areas to walk pets. Parking is located directly in front of the condo. Can’t get any closer! The inside of this unit is very tastefully decorated. All the appliances are in great working order. The back balcony has ample seating with tall and short furniture. Dining on the balcony is no problem at all. The steps leading from the balcony down to the water’s edge made it super convenient to walk our dog. The steps have a gate at the top to keep the dog from wandering off on its own when on the balcony. The ONLY disappointment was the condition of the king mattress in the master. It is obviously shot. You can tell by the divots before even pulling back the covers. Everything else was awesome in the unit!! 👍🏼👍🏼 And 5 stars ⭐️

The property was very pretty, with a terrific deck facing the water. It was located close to the restaurant (very yummy), 2 swimming pools & the tennis/pickle ball courts. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was that we kept getting dark dog hair. We found it to come primarily from the sliding door track; which we kept attempting to wipe out.

Location location. Location!

So much more than we expected. The condo was pristine. The cove view from the back deck was amazing. Dolphins, otter, pelicans, cranes and fish was fantastic! The access to all the Destin attractions was extremely convenient. Highly recommend this location.
