*Check In/Check Out* – Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to totally turnover and sanitize the home from top to bottom between guests.

We are available via Airbnb Messenger during business hours, 9AM-6PM. To consolidate platforms so that both of us have our eyes on incoming questions, apologies but no phone or text.

This location is unbeatable – just minutes walking distance to the world-famous Crystal Beach on one side, and all the entertainment Destin has to offer on the other. Just one block away is the Destin Commons featuring world-class shopping, movies, restaurants, and ice cream shops! Several golf courses within a couple miles. Publix and Whole Foods less than a half mile away.

For the adventurous – we highly recommend checking out Baytowne Wharf and then making your way for a day trip visiting all the cute towns along the Insta-worthy 30A drive

1. Parking – Up to three (3) cars can park in the driveway MAXIMUM. Feel free to have a couple wheels on the mulch on both sides of the home so all three can file in, or just have one car box the other two in. There is also overflow parking around the pool and at the end of Kono Way (next to the mailboxes). The HOA does not allow parking on street.

2. Provided Items & Supplies – An initial setup of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners are provided for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO COFFEE.

3. Family Rental Only – All guests MUST be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parents. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted.

4. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 16 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort.

5. Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages

6. Pets – No pets, no exceptions. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave.

7. Candles/Flames – Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles.

8. HOA Rules – Sorry no trailers, RVs, boats, or jet skis. Golf carts are OK!
