As former residents of the Destin/FWB area we return every fall/Thanksgiving to see friends. This is the first time we stayed at Harbor Walk village and enjoyed it's central location. Our daughter loved the outdoor pool area and swam every day. It is a convenient walk to many popular restaurants with an easy in/out if you want to drive anywhere to (mostly) avoid traffic. Condo is very spacious, well taken care of and was perfect for the 5 of us.

The condo was spacious and well maintained. Entire property was very clean. Located right on the Harbor Walk. Private beach was clean, 4 chairs and umbrella provided. Shuttle every 30 minutes and was nice boat ride. Perry was able to accommodate our request for a later check out time due to flight which was greatly appreciated!

Room was great. Even had beach wagon, portable fan's, etc that we didn't expect. We really enjoyed it. The only negative things that where no fault of the host was that some of the elevators where down and the free shuttle to beach was down/closed every time we wanted to go to beach but we took a tiki hut to crab island instead and still had a blast

Destin paradise

We had a great stay at Perry’s Paradise. It is so convenient to the boardwalk with restaurants, boat rentals, charters or just about any thing you would want to do. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for anything we wanted to cook. The beach water shuttle was easy to find and get back and forth to the beach. We used the wagon provided in the condo to transport our beach stuff. There was always plenty of chairs and umbrellas and the staff were quick to help set up more if needed. We would rent again.

Very nice condo!

I've stayed here before so I was already familiar with this resort, location, amenities, etc. And this second experience didn't disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were super clean and had great showers. Beds were super comfy and of course the views from the patios were awesome.

Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Emerald Grande in Destin the first week of January. It was cold, like winter jacket cold. Despite that, we had a great time with plenty to do. The resort has a beautiful spa, hot tub, shopping and restaurants. There are so many great restaurants in the area. The condo was very nice with everything we needed. Shout out for the comfortable mattresses, we slept great. Everything was plentiful, clean and well maintained. We would definitely return.

November Family Vacation

Perry replied to all of our questions within minutes of being asked. If we travel to Destin again we would try and stay here.
