Started out very rocky. Early check in was approved but code did not work. No one met us at the property. No instructions on how anything worked. I had to call Guest Services 3 times within the first 30 minutes. I paid to heat the pool, heater was broken. Both washing machines broken. I dishwasher not working. A/C stopped working twice the 2nd day. House needs some serious TLC. This house should have NEVER been rented to us....all of this being said Echelon Luxury Property Guest Services, especially Katie, were AMAZING!! Super responsive, maintenance and pool tech responded within the hour, they refunded me a portion of my fees to make me whole. House gets 1 star, ELP gets 5 stars.
