If you need to burn off some additional energy, grab your sneakers and twirl your racquet to find your match on the Tennis Courts.



Our recently updated and inviting (2) two-story, (3) three-bedroom townhome is tastefully designed to provide plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Enjoy the luxury of not having to cross any streets to get to the beach! This is a beach community and the beach is steps from the townhome! The main level has an open floor plan in the living room and dining room that is great for entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen offers a new stainless-steel refrigerator, electric stove top & oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig and a Coffee Maker so you can brew as you please.



The main floor has new luxury vinyl flooring. The living room features a large flatscreen TV, cozy seating area, inclusive of a new sleeper sofa, chair & ottoman where you can snuggle up & enjoy movies or games in front of the fireplace! The dining room table offers seating for (6). The living room sliding glass door opens to the outdoor patio which offers alfresco dining with a table that comfortably seats (6). You can choose to enjoy the sun or extend the patio umbrella over the table. The private gas grill is located on the patio for your dedicated grill-master. Easily slip back and forth to the beach with the backyard path that is literally only 75 steps to the beach. If you happen to spill something while dining a full-sized washer and dryer is located inside the front door.



The (3) bedrooms are on the upper level. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet & ensuite bathroom. The Master Bathroom has a vanity & walk-in glass encased tiled shower. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, & closet. The Bunk Room is the perfect hangout for kids, it has sleeping for (4) with (2) twin bunk beds, and the room features a MS. PAC-MAN video arcade machine, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan and closet. The Bunk Room has an adjoining guest bathroom that is shared with the Guest Bedroom, it has a sink & step-in tub/shower combo.



We offer (1) complimentary beach chair setup (1) umbrella & (2) chairs with your reservation & additional setups are available to rent through the vendors or you can feel free to bring your own umbrella & chairs (no tents or canopies are permitted on the beach).



On a final note, the condo is a self-check-in residence with a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. The front door is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance. (2) Parking spaces are available one is designated outside the front door and the other is unassigned.

• Parking - One parking space is available and one additional vehicle may park in unmarked space on a first come first serve basis. Parking passes are provided for you at check-in and must be visible in all vehicles. Please note no boats, trailers or RVs allowed.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.
