The space
This gorgeous 6 BR/4 Bath Beach home is located in the highly sought-after Crystal Beach area in Destin - just minutes away from the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. It's ideal for large groups and can easily accommodate 3-4 families with children (sleeps 16+) , or a group of 12+ adults. It's private pool, array of amenities, top-notch location, and extraordinary guest service make this property one of the most desirable in the area.

LOCATION:
The location of this home cannot be beat! A short 3 minute walk to the beach puts you at the dedicated-private beach access. Sunfish is located on a quiet neighborhood street, yet is within minutes of dozens of fantastic restaurants, shops, and grocery stores and activities.
Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is close by. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck’s Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. The Crab Trap is 1/2 mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go para-sailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”! Also, HarborWalk Village is a tourist attraction with a variety of exciting activities to explore!

THE HOME
Sunfish boasts a 12' x 20' private pool. Pool loungers, an outdoor dining table, and gas grill make for a perfect entertaining area and El fresco dining space. Pool and Exterior up-lighting create an excellent ambience in which to relax in the evenings with a cocktail. *Also, pool can be heated for $50 per day. Just notify us if interested.*

This amazing, updated vacation home features an open floor concept with a beautiful, luxury kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a huge island with bar seating for 6, and is stocked with everything you could possible need to cater for your party (Including: a Keurig K-cup coffee maker, as well as a regular drip coffee maker, toaster, platters, dishes, utensils and much more). This custom designed and well equipped kitchen is perfectly suited to all your needs!
The kitchen leads to an inviting, and comfortable living area and large dining area which comfortably sits 10 adults (In addition to the seating around the large island).
For your convenience, you’ll find a laundry room off the kitchen with full-size washer and dryer.

Your group will appreciate having 6 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS in this very special Destin vacation home. There are 4 King Master Bedrooms, and 2 Bunk Rooms – both with queen-over-queen bunks. Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful.

BEDROOM #1 – King Master on main level with King size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, and flat screen TV.
BEDROOM #2 – Queen over queen Bunk Room on main level off laundry room. Each bed has its own TV (with Netflix) mounted on the wall. No adults on bunk beds please due to their weight limits.

*SECOND FLOOR*
BEDROOM #3 – King Master Suite with King bed, flat screen TV and en-suite brand new updated master Bathroom (with a modern stand alone tub, double vanity, and separate shower). This bedroom features a ginormous walk in closet and leads into a queen over queen bunk room (see below)
BEDROOM #4 – Bunk Room
This bunk room off the master bedroom features queen over queen bunks, with a mounted TV- Perfect for families with young children! No adults on bunk beds please due to their weight limits.
BEDROOM #5 – King Master
Enjoy a view of the beautiful private pool from this large bedroom. It features a king bed, plenty of closet space, a flat screen TV, and access to separate bathroom with large double vanity.
BEDROOM #6 – King Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom, Flat screen TV, and separate closest.

We pride ourselves on keeping this home immaculately clean and well updated, and pay attention to amenities that you expect, such as: high-speed internet (free wifi), nice flat-screen TVs, bath towels, hair dryer, a kitchen starter kit of basic supplies (dish soap/paper towel etc) and more!

NO PETS
We have family members with severe allergies to pets. Our NO PETS rule is pretty strict for this reason.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including living area, bedrooms, pool and outdoor area, and laundry room with washer/dry.
Other things to note
We do not rent to high school or college student groups, despite presence of chaperones. NO EXCEPTIONS. Minimum age to rent this property is 25 years of age!
NO pets
NO smoking inside the house
NO RV/trailer/mobile home type vehicles allowed.
