Best Time EVER!!!!

This was the most luxurious property my family and I have ever stayed at. The house was spectacular and location was ideal! We could walk to the beach or take the golf cart. The pool was amazing. The hosts were outstanding and super helpful 5 STARS, can't wait to go back, until then I'll dream about it ❤️!!!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Large Home

The Home is huge, it has more than enough rooms to accommodate a family of 20+. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from the beach, and the golf cart is a big +. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family.

Fun vacation for family!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The walk to tge beach is about 5 minutes, but there is very little space on the beach that is not private. There is beach security that will make you move if you step across the cones fir the private area. It’s better to drive down to the public beach if you want more space. The house comes with a golf cart, which is a great perk. It was being serviced for half of our stay, but worked great when it was returned. The house does need some repairs. The dishwasher was leaking water into the kitchen, the carpet has lots of stains, and many of the floor tiles are cracked. We reported the dishwasher problem to the property management and they sent a repairman the next day. The neighborhood is very nice and the pool is so nice. We would stay here again in the future.

Great Home! Great Neighborhood!

The neighborhood was pristine, quiet, and well-organized, making you feel safe and at ease. The homes were stunning and impeccably maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities on the property were enjoyable, allowing us to relax and have a great time in the beautiful neighborhood. The home itself was spacious, easily accommodating our group of 12 people with plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. While the cleanliness could have been better, especially the floors and kitchen area, I am a bit particular about cleanliness. The pool table and Jacuzzi were favorite features for our family, providing entertainment and relaxation during our stay. The eight passenger golf cart was a convenient addition for exploring the breathtaking neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again, as it was easy to communicate with the owners and any issues were promptly addressed. Our family and friends had a fantastic time during our vacation and we look forward to returning. However, it's worth noting that the home may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, as there are several steps to access the property and no ramps available.

Great location, tons of outside activities to do in the neighborhood and a nice house. We had a total of 12 people and there was plenty of room in the home. Beautiful place and very well maintained. The golf cart is wonderful. It takes you right up to the gate to get to the beach or any other place you might need to go. The hosts were very accommodating and answered timely with any questions we had. The house is decorated beautifully, comfortable with plenty of room. I would recommend this house to anyone planning a large group vacation.

This is one of the most gorgeous properties that we have stayed at! So much room and everything that you need. The beds were incredibly comfortable and every room, the host were beyond responsive. Anytime we needed anything, and we are so close to the beach that it was easy two minute walk if that. The pool is big and beautiful if you choose to use that as well and the golf cart is well maintained. Small little updates here and there could be done but overall absolutely beautiful and would it stay here again in a heartbeat!! the host also went above and beyond when we lost my car key the day we were supposed to leave and had to stay a few hours post the time we were supposed to leave to wait for a locksmith. They were incredibly kind and understanding. Thank you again!

Great stay!

This home is absolutely perfect! The private beach is so close if you want to walk, we also did Miramar Beach (public) and down the road to the crab trap-where we easily rented chairs also.Great restaurants nearby & not a far drive if you want to go to the Harbor Blvd. Also a cute coffee place right around the corner you can walk to (Sandos Beachside).We utilized the pool a couple of days as well which was lovely.We had 14 people, ages 3-73, and this location had it all! If we had any questions or needs the hosts were very quick to respond and so kind! We love it and would definitely recommend/book again with them!

House is in a great location but needs some updates. Hot Tub never worked, AC wouldn't get less than 75 during the day, and wash machine kept breaking. We had a great time and enjoyed the home but hopefully the property manager will get things up to speed for the next family. I do take reviews very serious as we used to have some rentals.

Great for Big Groups

The house is big enough for a large group and close to the beach. The golf cart was also a big plus. The house is a little outdated so don’t expect anything fancy but worked well being with a bunch of teenagers. Management is quick to respond but watch out for the HOA!

Nice place

Updates might be nice, chalk for pool table, extra blankets, more toilet paper than the 1/2 roll on each roll in bathrooms and couldn’t find any extra. Called and they said it would be $40, so next time we will have to bring toilet paper.

Great vacation home

This was a great vacation home for our extended family. There was plenty of room and it was close to the beach. There were a few issues though-the mattress in the master bedroom was awful, another mattress upstairs was propped up with bricks. The ice maker barely worked, and there were very few cooking utensils in the kitchen. For a house that sleeps over 20 people, another fridge would have been nice. Overall, a good vacation home.

Great vacation house!

Stunning location and amazing amenities. The house itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for our group of eighteen. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. We spent a lot of our time lounging by the pool, which was the perfect temperature and incredibly refreshing. There were plenty of chairs and lounges for everyone to relax. The owners had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend this Florida rental house to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. I will definitely go back!

Family Beach Getaway

A few minor housekeeping issues upon arrival, such as trash cans full and stinky in garage, a broken light fixture in master bath, and dirty floors. However, they were quickly addressed. We had plenty of space for our party of 5 adults and 7 kids. The private beach access was amazing. Golf cart was useful and fun, but battery drains pretty quickly is multiple adults take it out on the road. The neighborhood had construction, but we didn’t hear any of it from the house. Such a quiet neighborhood! Our contact person was quick to respond and very friendly, will definitely book again if in the area!

Not what we expected

Looking to rent a house that was close to a beach with amenities that would satisfy four generations. House located across from busy beach road. A golf cart was provided to transport guests so you can imagine the logistical challenges getting everyone where they wanted to spend the day. The golf cart was needing lots of love in that tires were nearly bald (affected handling) Control switches were very hard to operate. likely due to the salt environment. License plate was missing so driving cart to the beach was taking a chance with the local law enforcement. The house was large, spacious and quite well equipped. However, pans used for cooking had seen better days. A few stains on carpet, no big deal, unless you get blamed for putting them there. A few window blinds had slats missing, again, no big deal but renter make note. Overall, I think I over paid for the week's rental but Family is everything and we had a large time.

Garage Doors did not work Stove top, only two burners worked Mold in bathrooms Golf needed maintenance, only could use for a couple of hours for the entire week. House generally beat up. Multiple slats on plantation shutters broken in multiple windows. Windows do not appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Pool table beat up. Mattress in master bedroom unsleepable. On Thursday a new mattress was provided. Broken door shelves in Refrigerator. Could not use these because everything would fall out when you open the door. Area rug in family area totally abused and curling up, tripped multiple times. Broken stair railings going to front door. I could go on and on and on. Clearly a slum landlord looking to make as much money as possible from suckers like me. Does VRBO look at or visit the properties being listed? RENTER BEWARE

Big House but needs maintenance

This is a nice sized house for big groups, but it has not been well maintained. There are several blinds that are missing/broken, all the refrigerator shelves on the door are broken, the dryer upstairs runs very hot (making it a safety hazard so we never used it), many of the lights on the property did not work, there is a rug that is curling making it a safety hazard especially for the elderly (we taped it with painter's tape to prevent an accident), the pool table was broken (the rails are broken and pockets had holes) and the the bunk beds are not very stable and make quite a bit of noise when you turn when you are sleeping. Also, when we arrived, we noticed the sheets were not changed on some of the beds (they had sand in them!). Unfortunately, the property management was also poor. We contacted them about the sheets right away and they never responded so we ended up washing and changing the beds ourselves. They came out to fix some of the lights, but couldn't because it required a bigger ladder. We also called them for a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms first thing one morning and they didn't arrive until late in the evening. We also called them to put more chemicals in the Jacuzzi because the water was cloudy and they never came so we added chemicals ourselves. With all of the problems aside, we still had a nice vacation. The location is great, the golf cart is nice, the clubhouse amenities are nice and of course the beach is beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice property. I had a different impression of the pool facility-it looked much closer to the house, but our five minute walk to the semi-private beach made up for it. The beaches in Destin are wonderful! There were 19 of us, and we would all go again. Thank you.
